I spend my days making complicated things (AR tools, developer APIs, product features, sometimes Yelp reviews) make sense in plain language. Most recently at TikTok, previously MicroStrategy.

I think technical writing and content design are the same job, just aimed at different readers.
Six-plus years of writing UX copy, technical documentation, and everything that lives in between. I started at MicroStrategy documenting enterprise analytics platforms, spent three years as a Technical Writer on TikTok's AR platform, Effect House, then expanded into content design across customer service and creator growth while continuing to own technical writing for my verticals.
Whatever the surface, my goal is the same: help the user use it.
